Norwegian is the official teaching language at the college, and all students are expected to speak, read, and write adequately before attendance commences in mid - August.
ERASMUS exchange students may utilize English in all their work, and both teaching and curriculum will be facilitated in this language.
In order to commence studies the Norwegian Language Level 1 cour must be begun.
In order to take exams the Norwegian Language Level 3 course must be begun.
Upon acceptance, the student must immediately enroll in a language course. Furthermore, students are expected to attend a level 2 course during the Fall Semester, and the level 3 course during the Spring Semester.
All costs of language teaching are to be covered by the student, and will vary, (currently about NOK 4300 per course, pluss books.) Students have the full responsibility for finding and enrolling in suitable courses, as well as maintaining a proper progression.
